Happy Happy’s DebtLah App (“DebtLah App”, “App”, “Service”) is provided as a simple personal debt tracking tool. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to the following disclaimers.


1) No guarantee of on-time payments

The App does not guarantee that you will make payments on time.
Even if the App shows due dates, “Past Due”, “Upcoming”, or any monthly totals:

  • You remain fully responsible to track your real due dates and make payments to lenders on time.
  • You must verify all due dates and amounts against your bank / lender statements.
  • The App is not a reminder service that guarantees delivery or prevents missed payments.

If you miss a payment, incur late fees, interest, penalties, or negative credit consequences, those are your responsibility.


2) Not financial advice / not regulated services

The App does not provide:

  • financial advice,
  • debt counselling,
  • legal advice,
  • debt settlement / negotiation services,
  • regulated financial services.

Any information shown (totals, schedules, past due labels, summaries) is for general organisation and tracking only. If you need professional advice, consult a qualified financial adviser, credit counsellor, or legal professional.


3) User-entered data = user responsibility

All schedules, due rows, totals, and “Pending/Paid” statuses are calculated based on data you enter.

You are responsible for:

  • entering correct debt names, installment amounts, start month, and due day,
  • updating debts when terms change,
  • entering credit card statement amounts correctly each month,
  • marking Paid only when you actually paid.

If your input is wrong, the App output will be wrong.


4) Credit cards disclaimer (statement amount method)

Credit cards are handled based on the “statement amount per month” method:

  • You key in the statement amount each month.
  • Some actions (like marking Paid) may be blocked until an amount is set to reduce confusion.

This method helps with tracking, but it still does not guarantee correctness and does not replace your bank’s official billing information. Always confirm your actual minimum payment due, payment due date, and statement amount with the card issuer.


5) No bank integration / no verification

The App does not:

  • connect to banks,
  • fetch balances automatically,
  • verify payments made,
  • confirm lender due dates or penalties.

The App cannot confirm whether a payment was successful or received. Always check your bank or lender records.


6) No warranty of accuracy

While we aim to provide a clean and reliable tracking tool, the App may contain:

  • calculation errors,
  • display errors,
  • bugs,
  • delays in updates,
  • compatibility issues (device/browser),
  • data sync issues due to hosting or internet connection.

All features are provided on an “as is” basis. You should not rely solely on the App for critical payment decisions.


7) No guarantee of uninterrupted service

The App may sometimes be unavailable due to:

  • maintenance,
  • security updates,
  • hosting issues,
  • network outages,
  • unexpected technical problems,
  • force majeure events.

We do not guarantee:

  • 100% uptime,
  • uninterrupted access,
  • that the Service will always be available.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Happy2sg is not liable for:

  • late fees, interest charges, penalties, or enforcement action,
  • missed payments, inaccurate tracking, or user error,
  • loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity,
  • any indirect or consequential damages.

Your use of the App is at your own risk. If liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability (if any) is limited to the amount you paid to access the App.


9) Personal responsibility reminder

The App is designed to make tracking clearer, but it cannot “do the payment” for you.

Always maintain your own payment discipline, verify lender details, and make payments early when possible to avoid surprises.
